VIA BOOKING SYSTEM
Appointment Scheduling – To book an appointment, please email us at info@sasslondonaesthetics.co.
uk. Online booking is also available through our website. Consultation – Prior to your treatment, we highly recommend a free online consultation or 1:1 bespoke plan consultation* to assess your individual needs and determine the most suitable treatment plan.
Appointment Confirmation – Upon booking an appointment, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please review the details for accuracy.
- Cancellation or Rescheduling – We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients. A rescheduling fee of ยฃ30 will occur after your first complimentary waiver. Loss of deposit and remaining balance will be due for cancellations made outside of our 48 hours grace period.
- Late Arrival – We value your time and aim to maintain a timely schedule. If you arrive late for your appointment, it may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delays for other clients. We offer a 10 minutes grace period, ยฃ15 after 15 minutes, 20 minutes or more will result in cancellation of appointment.
- No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be subject to a no-show fee and full payment required for future bookings. Loss of deposit / balance if continued no shows occur.
- Payment: Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including Cash, Bank transfer, Debit and Credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and more.
- Package Deals and Memberships: If you have purchased a package deal or hold a membership with us, please inform us when booking your appointment. Special policies may apply to these cases.
- Consultation Fee: In cases where a consultation fee is applicable, this fee will be credited toward your treatment if you decide to proceed with the recommended plan
- No Refunds: Please be aware that all payments for services are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing high-quality services. If you have any concerns about the service you received, please contact us within 14 days of your appointment, and we will be happy to discuss any necessary adjustments.
- Package Deals and Prepaid Services: Clients who have purchased package deals or prepaid for multiple services should be aware that these payments are also non-refundable. Please consider your commitments before making these types of purchases.
- Feedback and Concerns: Your satisfaction is vital to us. If you have any feedback or concerns about your appointment or experience, please don’t hesitate to share them with our team.
- Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Your personal information and any health-related details discussed during the consultation are kept confidential. You have the right to reject the use of your photos for promotional purposes, please let us know if youโre concerned about the use of images. Once a waiver is signed, we hold the rights, to use photographs for promotional purposes.
- **COVID-19 Safety Measures:** We follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for our clients and staff. Please adhere to any posted guidelines regarding COVID-19 safety measures during your visit.
